WE WILL pick it up and/or deliver the tile and any other materials, or schedule deliveries on behalf of the customer. We will gladly help with the tile decision making process and are able to answer any questions about tile. We simply do not choose the tile or grout colors our selves, as this is a customer preference issue. If there was a change of heart or even just a mistake in the tile or grout chosen, we can not be held accountable. Please do not let this come off the wrong way. We are very flexible with our customers, and transparent and go above and beyond to be honest and helpful with whatever situation it is our customers needs.
